Last week, Mamiko and I took a road trip through Hokkaido, the northernmost island of Japan. It was my first time there. Before we went, I watched plenty of travel videos, so I had some idea of what to expect. But there were a few things that still surprised me. First, the road signs. Of course, there were the usual signs you might expect in a wild, forested place — deer crossing, beware of bears, things like that. But there were a couple I had never seen before. Fox crossing 🦊 Beware of lightning??!! But seriously, what I didn't expect was how deeply healing the island would be for me. As soon as we left the airport, we found ourselves driving through beautiful, dense forests. Everything was lush and green as far as you could see. And the energy of the land was incredible. There was something so pure, elemental, and alive about Hokkaido. The mountains. It felt like the elemental Goddesses of Earth, Fire, Wind, and Water were all fully present and active. And in the midst of all that powerful energy, I experienced healing every day. And I needed that healing more than I realized. The day before the first one, I received what I can only describe as a huge “splinter” — a massive energetic download from my higher self. And it was uncomfortable. By the time I went to bed, my throat was so swollen and sore I could barely swallow. I could barely speak. Part of me was worried, because my workshop was only a few hours away. But another part of me knew this was a splinter (and not an illness) because I've had plenty of experience with them over the years. Around 4am, I woke up and the pain was completely gone. I could swallow again. I knew everything was going to be okay. It started manifesting more uncomfortable symptoms. Yet as soon as we touched down in Hokkaido, the island began to work on me. I could feel the healing happening. The healing quality of that land was unmistakable. Mamiko felt it, too. I can’t fully describe it, but I definitely received a valuable healing there. A new level of clarity about who I am and where my higher self is guiding me. A softness. The experience reminded me that healing is not something we “do.” Healing is something we allow. True healing happens when we put ourselves in an environment that is conducive to healing. And then we allow the healing to unfold for us: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. They reminded me of British Columbia — the Vancouver area, the mountains, the forests, the hot springs. And speaking of Vancouver… It's a place I've wanted to visit and gather Lemurian-minded people for many years. In 2020 I was scheduled to teach a Lemurian Healing workshop there. We had the venue. We had a plan. And we were just about to open registration. And then, the worldwide pandemic put a stop to all that. Vancouver has been calling me ever since, and I’ve felt a deep pull to return there and share something connected to Lemuria and Lemurian Healing. And now, finally, it's finally happening! This August, I'll be visiting the Vancouver area and hosting a special gathering about Lemurian Healing. We have Lemurian Healing practitioners in the area — people who have learned from me online — and I'm really looking forward to meeting them in person. To all the Lemurian souls in the Pacific Northwest (Canada and US)... I would love you to join me. I’ll be creating a space where we can gather in person and experience some of the magic, wisdom, and healing energy of Lemurian Healing. And after experiencing the healing energy of Hokkaido, I'm even more excited to visit Vancouver. Because Vancouver also feels like a healing place. And I can’t wait to be there. With bright blessings, |

The other day, I reached into the cupboard for one of my favorite coffee mugs. This particular mug says: “Enjoy the journey.” But in that moment, I was not enjoying the journey. And I didn’t want to be reminded to enjoy the journey. So, I chose another mug :) Maybe you can relate. Maybe there’s something in your life you’ve been trying to heal, or create, or change for a long time. Maybe your physical healing is taking much longer than you expected. Maybe you’ve been working to attract more...

Most people misunderstand what a healer actually does. They believe that when healing happens, it’s the doctor, therapist or energy healer who causes it—that Person A did something to create healing in Person B. I’ve been a healer for nearly three decades, and I can tell you very clearly: Healers do not heal people. And neither do doctors. I know how that sounds. So let me explain. In the late 1990s, I served as a volunteer healer at a local hospital. The hospital had a wonderful program....
