Have you ever received what felt like a message from Spirit... and then immediately wondered: “Was that real?” This kind of doubt is such a common experience. We receive something subtle, loving, or wise... and then the mind steps in and tries to explain it away. Even after all these years of doing spiritual work, I still experience these kinds of doubts sometimes. In today's video, I share exactly how to discern whether a message from Spirit is real, and how to trust your own inner knowing more deeply.
